In 2014, the regional respiratory disease workstation for the academicians and experts and the coughing lab were launched in IMPH. Cardiovascular department and department of neurology are respectively the base of arrhythmia intervention and stroke screening and prevention by National Health and Family Planning Commission; Departments of oncology, neurology, endocrinology , cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, neurosurgery, nephrology, orthopedics, respiratory medicine, urology are qualified as the clinical drug trials center by State food and Drug Administration. Pharmacy department has been the clinical pharmacist centre for National Health and Family Planning Commission. Other related department honors are listed as below. State-level clinical key disciplines: Cardiovascular department and emergency department; Medical engineering key disciplines of national health system: Medical engineering department; Leading disciplines in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: Cardiovascular department, interrelation radiology department and clinical laboratory department; Key clinical disciplines in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: respiratory department, orthopedics department, gynecology department and medical engineering department. In last three years, IMPH has awarded research fund of more than 100 projects, National and Regional Natural Science Foundation are included. As well as more than 50 various types of science and technology award.
